	Laser peel and lower eyelid surgery
	This patient underwent a CO2 laser peel of both her upper and lower eyelids with surgical fat removal of her lower lids only. The photographic lighting enhances the degree of wrinkle improvement modestly, however the change was pretty dramatic.
