Breast lift plastic surgery with breast enlargement using implants

This patient underwent a "limited" periareolar mastopexy (nipple lift) with breast augmentation using 330 cc saline implants.  The uplift of her nipples when combined with augmentation using breast implants succeeded in optimizing her size and shape without more extensive surgical incisions.  That is why the procedure is called a "limited breast uplift."  The implants were used to enhance her fullness.  Patients who are more droopy may benefit from this procedure or the Benelli mastopexy, but may also require a full mastopexy with the "key-hole" pattern of incisions.
