Fat injection and liposculpting to fill a saddlebag depression

This patient had undergone liposuction with poor results.  She developed severe dimpling and depressions that were significantly improved by Dr Perlman's use of her own  fat grafted in two separate sessions into the depressions.  This was also accompanied by minor liposculpting through liposuction of surrounding bulges.  The photos showing her improvement were taken one year and four months after the initial fat injection. 

The photo above shows the improvement in the deep depression achieved by the patient one year and four months after two fat injection sessions.  Please notice how depressed areas were marked for injection of fat grafts and bulges marked for small cannula liposuction in an attempt to smooth her irregularities and depressions.
