Facelift and necklift with fat injections to the cheeks

 

This woman in her early 50's underwent a facelift and necklift at our Beverly Hills plastic surgery facility with injection of fat into her cheeks.  I sought to refresh and rejuvenate her appearance without giving her a pulled or unnatural look as a result of her face lift and neck lift surgeries.  Her surgery included a facelift, cheekpad resuspension, SMAS plication and elevation of the platysma muscle in the neck.
