Facelift, necklift, chin implant and eyelid surgery.

 		  
 

This patient underwent face and necklift with upper and lower eyelid surgeries to remove excess skin and fat (blepharoplasties) with injection of fat into the cheek area and placement of an extra large extended chin implant.  Her chin implant provided better balance and framing of her face since her natural chin was small and retrusive.
