Facelift and necklift plastic surgery

This patient underwent face and necklift with upper and lower eyelid surgeries to remove excess skin and fat (blepharoplasties) with injection of fat into the cheek area and placement of an extra large extended chin implant.  Her facelift, chin enlargement and necklift and eyelid surgeries all produced a natural and more youthful appearance for her.
