This patient underwent a facelift, prehairline browlift, rhinoplasty, chin implant, fat augmentation to the cheeks and nasolabial areas and necklift to refresh her appearance in a natural looking manner.   Out goal was to make her look younger, more rested, feminine and alert without looking as though she had undergone plastic surgery!

  Notice that the irregularly irregular nature of the fine incision made in front of her hairline is minimally discernible even with her hair pulled back.  Making the browlift incision in front of the hairline actually lowers the hairline rather than raising it as is necessary with other incisions.

  This close-up of the incision beneath her sideburn, in front of her upper ear and earlobe, behind the tragus (middle portion of her ear) and finally behind her ear and running irregularly down her hairline behind her ear show how nicely our efforts to camouflage these incision lines succeeded.  Each person does heal differently, however taking the extra effort to hide the incisions provides long term benefits for each patient.
