Browlift, facelift, necklift and upper and lower blepharoplasties (eyelid lift).

This patient underwent a prehairline browlift (the incision is in front of her hairline and consequently lowers her hairline slightly), a facelift and a necklift and upper and lower blepharoplasties.  The cheekpad lift and fat grafts elevated her cheeks and even in her case elevated the corners of her mouth.

Notice how natural her hairline remains after her browlift incision.  By making an irregularly irregular incision in front of her hairline for the brow lift, her hairline was subtly lowered rather than elevated as it usually is with other brow lift incisions (including endoscopic).
