Lower Blepharoplasty with cheek fat injections and eyelid and facial chemical peel.

This woman came to our Los Angeles plastic surgery office aiming to reduce her tired and drawn appearance.  She underwent lower eyelid surgery to remove her fatty bags (lower blepharoplasty), a light face peel (tca peel) and injection of fat into her cheek hollows and nasolabial lines.  Please notice in the photo taken two years after her procedure the persistence of improvement in her skin quality as a result of the face peel and the injection of fat.
