This procedure accomplishes a greater degree of uplift for patients whose breasts have become more droopy than the patients pictured who have undergone limited uplifts.  It does require longer surgical incisions but allows for more aggressive breast reshaping.

The young woman shown below noted severe emptiness and drooping of her breasts following her pregnancy.  She sought a breast lift and conservative breast enhancement with silicone breast implants. 

The woman in the photographs below underwent a full breast uplift (mastopexy) and placement of breast implants to diminish the effects of pregnancy and to enhance fullness and lift her breasts.

The patient below underwent full uplift and placement of breast implants.  A second surgery was performed prior to her after photos to place larger implants at which time further improvement in her asymmetry was accomplished

This woman underwent a breast uplift and augmentation to lift her breasts and to augment them with breast implants to a D cup size.
