Full Uplift combined with placement of breast implants to enhance fullness.

This procedure accomplishes a greater degree of uplift for patients whose breasts have become more droopy than the patients pictured who have undergone limited uplifts. It does require longer surgical incisions but allows for more aggressive breast reshaping.

This young woman had lost significant weight and had very empty and droopy breasts. A full uplift (mastopexy) was performed to elevate her breasts at the same time as breast implants were placed to enhance her fullness and size.

The woman in the photographs below underwent a full breast uplift (mastopexy) and placement of breast implants to diminish the effects of pregnancy and to enhance fullness and lift her breasts.

The young woman in the photographs below sought breast uplift and enlargement with saline breast implants aimed at achieving a C cup and improvement of her droopiness.

These patients all suffered from significant breast sagging requiring a more aggressive uplift. Each of these received full breast lifts or full mastopexy surgeries to raise their nipple position between one and three inches in combination with placement of a breast implant to enhance and enlarge their breasts.
