Breast enhancement from an A cup to a B cup size with implants

This patient wished to undergo a breast enhancement at our Beverly Hills outpatient plastic surgery facility with breast implants from a small A cup to a 36 B cup.  When someone has very limited skin available (especially below the nipple area) the size of the breast implant may need to be limited to reduce the risk of an unnaturally round shape.
