Extreme Makeover patients of Dr Perlman Beverly Hills, Ca.

Sandra underwent brow lift, face lift and neck lift, rhinoplasty, fat injection to the lips and cheeks and at a second surgery, a full uplift and breast enlargement.

Sandra's Extreme Makeover included a brow lift, face lift, cheek and lip augmentation  with fat injections, rhinoplasty and a full breast uplift with breast augmentation to a full C cup/ D cup.

Because of the extent of Sandra's Extreme Makeover surgeries and her need for dental work to treat infection, her breast surgery was delayed for four weeks and performed at a second surgery.

Sandy underwent an "Extreme Makeover" with Karen for the first Extreme Makeover (ABC TV) season including plastic surgery, dental restoration, makeup and hair for the ABC TV show.  Dr. Perlman was invited to perform the plastic surgical procedures for this show.
