Extreme
Makeover patients of Dr Jon Perlman Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon
Peggy's
goal in undergoing an Extreme Makeover facelift was to reverse some of
the many years of hard work as a CSI detective that were showing
on her face. She wanted a facelift and eyelid lift to look more lively and youthful
at the time of an upcoming 20 year reunion. She was happy
with her body, however wished to remove the tired look present
around her eyes and face with a browlift and facelift.
Facial Plastic Surgery planned: blepharoplasty, browlift,
facelift and necklift with cheekpad resuspension and fat
grafting.
My
aim in performing Peggy's Extreme Makeover was to freshen
Peggy's look by removing the bags from beneath her eyes and
simultaneously lifting her brows and removing excess skin and
fat from her upper eyelids. After her facelift and
browlift, her new brow position made her expression more
youthful and rested, and made her appear more alert and
feminine. Her facelift and cheekpad resuspension lifted
her droopy cheeks contributing to her Extreme Makeover.
The makeup and hair work done for her photo shoot and reveal
also added to a wonderful makeover!
Facial plastic surgery results at six weeks for Peggy:
After six weeks of healing following
her ABC Extreme Makeover with browlift, facelift and necklift, upper and lower eyelid surgery
(blepharoplasty), chin implant and placement of fat injections
to her lips, cheeks and nasolabial lines, Peggy was ready to
return home to Colorado for her reveal. Her recovery was
speeded by the use of fibrin glue to reduce the swelling and bruising
after her facelift and necklift procedures.
Peggy's
"Extreme Makeover" included facelift surgery, dental
restoration, makeup and hair for the ABC TV show. Dr.
Perlman performed forty surgeries on multiple patients for the TV show
"Extreme Makeover." These photographs were taken
immediately before her departure from LA for her reveal at six
weeks after the procedures!
