Lori came to my office for an examination and I found her to be very shy after years of being ashamed of her appearance.  It had kept her from attending her children's school functions and led her to often cover her face with a cap to prevent herself from being seen!  Her unusually long and thin nose and small chin characterized her features.  

Lori also felt that she would feel more feminine and less insecure if her breasts were enhanced by augmentation.  Saline breast implants were placed through her underarm using a one inch incision sparing the need to cut through any of her breast ducts.
