Extreme Makeover patients of Dr Perlman Beverly Hills, Ca.

Liane suffered from years of hard outdoor work on a large Wyoming cattle ranch!  She wished to improve her body tone and facial features so that she could feel more feminine.  Once she began to lose weight and become more trim, she noticed a loss of breast volume and droopiness and underwent secondary surgery to lift and enhance the fullness of her breasts.

Liane received a browlift to take away the downward turn of her outer brow and remove some of the skin hooding of her upper eyelids, as well as a widening of her chin ( a prejowl implant), a facelift with cheekpad resuspension and fat injections to augment her cheeks and lips and to soften the lines between the corners of her nose and mouth.  Her nose was also "refined" with a conservative rhinoplasty.

Liane also underwent liposuction of her "saddlebag areas" and her inner thighs.  This reshaping makes the backside look smaller and more shapely by diminishing the bulging that appears after age 30 in many women and is considered to be so unflattering.

Just before her departure from Beverly Hills and her return home, Liane hardly looked like the successful rancher that she was!

 Liane underwent an"Extreme Makeover" including plastic surgery, dental restoration, makeup and hair for one of  the Extreme Makeover ABC TV shows.  Dr. Perlman was invited to perform the plastic surgical procedures for her.
