Extreme Makeover patients of Dr Perlman Beverly Hills, Ca.

John underwent nose surgery (rhinopasty), placement of  a chin implant, buccal fat pad removal from the cheek, cheek and neck liposuction and fat injections to highlight his cheekbones. 

     John's "Extreme Makeover" included plastic surgery, dental restoration, makeup and hair for the ABC TV show.  Dr. Perlman was invited to perform the plastic surgical procedures for this show.  Notice the improvement in John's facial balance that resulted from the changes to his facial proportioning.  Very often strengthening a chin with a chin implant is done in conjunction with rhinoplasty surgery (nose surgery) to improve both the profile and frontal appearance of men or women.
