Breast enlargement to a 34 D cup with silicone breast implants and a limited breast lift.

I recommend a "limited" breast lift or Benelli mastopexy for patients who are empty and only mildly droopy. The limited uplift simply raises the nipple position on the patient's breast without the more extensive incision lines of a full mastopexy or uplift. This procedure is usually performed in conjunction with breast augmentation with breast implants to enhance fullness of the patient's breast.
