Anti-Aging and Longevity

Increasingly patients are turning to their physicians and surgeons for information and interpretation of articles published regarding anti-aging and longevity issues.  This includes general health measures such as diet and exercise, supplements such as vitamins and minerals, hormone supplements and "anti-aging treatments."  It often seems so difficult to separate marketing hype from reality.  Occasionally, therapies are not only very expensive, but unproven and potentially a danger to your well-being.  Anti-aging treatments are continuously evolving and changing and new scientific information constantly becoming available.

I have taken an interest in monitoring publications and media information about anti-aging and would like to make some of this available to my patients and others through this web page.  Please return periodically to see any updates and new information that I think is of benefit.
