I wanted to let you know that I truly appreciate the treatments you have given me.

I am very happy with the laser treatment as it has made an incredible difference with the laxity and tone of my skin. For years I suffered  blotches on my skin that used to appear every time I washed my face even while only using water. I could not use soap as it would leave burns. I am sure that it was a result of the ectodermal dysplasia, type "incontinentia pigmenti"  There was a time when it got so bad that I would not open the curtains when I had visitors as my skin would flake off like snow whenever I touched it.  The skin on my face was actually painful. I saw many dermatologists during my lifetime and was temporarily treated with UV in conjunction with Steroidal cream but it would always come back. I was using Corticosteroids daily. My skin was raw and overly sensitive to moisturizers and I had scaly patches of eczema on my forehead and cheeks.  These have completely disappeared.  I now can use moisturizing products like every other woman. The fine lines are gone and I feel great!

I wonder if anyone has thought to use the laser treatment to treat this type of chronic condition. Although not life threatening it had an enormous impact on my self esteem.


I am so very grateful to you for finally getting rid of this condition.
